Spawn in Buildings

IronMist painstakingly went through each vanilla building prefab adding our custom TW_AISpawnPoint. These spawn points are what get used when we spawn our AI!

As a GM you're given a system "Spawn in Buildings"

First you select the Faction you'd like to spawn, then the prefab, amount, and the radius in which to spawn in.
